MOJU was founded by three principals who each bring a distinct edge to the studio: business strategy, spatial logic, and aesthetic intuition.
Kenny Punsu draws from over a decade of experience scaling multi-chain businesses, keeping every project grounded in clear execution and real-world viability.
Rendy acts as our spatial strategist, breaking structures down into smart modules to create natural, effortless flows tailored to how people actually move and live.
Tito is the eye behind our design direction, blending materials, light, and form to bring every space together into a refined, iconic whole.

We operate as a collective firm unburdened by singular egos or rigid design dogmas. Rather than imposing a signature style, we adapt and innovate to serve the distinct human intent behind every project. We seek to understand every spatial objective deeply long before the first drawing is finalized or the first brick is laid on site.

This system cross-examines every project to establish alignment across three key layers—defining the core human intent, crafting the spatial experience to accommodate it, and curating the final aesthetic design to unify the form. By aligning underlying behavioral objectives with precise layout grids, we ensure that every structure thoughtfully serves its purpose.
